Dear students Union, I have just read the ad in the school bulletin and the moment I saw it I took an interest in becoming one of the volunteer English teacher of the five.

I am Li Hua, a girl of 17, and I have a good command of English.
我是一个17岁的女孩，我有一个很好的英语。
For two years I have been tutoring two primary school kids in English.
两年来，我一直在用英语辅导小学的孩子。
Presently I work as a member of Loving Heart Club in our school.
目前我作为一个爱俱乐部的成员在我们学校。
Voluntary work had helped me build confidence and good communication skills.
志愿工作帮助我建立自信和良好的沟通技巧。
In my opinion, being a volunteer teacher at the SOS village is obviously more than just teaching; furthermore, it is helpful to broaden our horizon and improve our understanding of the world.
在我看来，作为一个志愿者老师在SOS村显然不仅仅是教学；此外，它有助于拓宽我们的视野，提高我们对世界的理解。
Thats why I would like very much to take this opportunity and make the most of my special talents and interests.

By helping those kids, I feel I can make a big difference to their future and make a small contribution to society.
