This morning, I had high fever and I went to see the doctor.
今天早上我发高烧去看医生了。
He told me to stay at home and have a good rest.
医生要我待在家好好休息。
Here is the certificate he gave me.

I will go back to school as soon as I recover.
我一恢复就尽快回学校。
