Second, how to protect your ears? It's harmful to listen to loud music or put your fingers into your ears. Third, protecting your eyes is very important. Take a rest every 20 minutes when you are using the computer. Make sure you always read in good light. If you can not see clearly, wear glasses. That's all! Thanks for listening.
